We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes shown on our website. However, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers
- customs processing
- severe weather
- strikes or transport disruption
- events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Under UK consumer law, risk in the goods passes to you when the goods come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person you have identified to receive the goods on your behalf.
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Production Time for Handmade and Custom Items
Many McMonagle Creative products are handmade or made to order. These items require a production period before they can be dispatched.
If you purchase a custom or handmade item, the item will only be shipped after it has been produced.
Estimated delivery speeds shown at checkout (for example 1–2 day delivery or express shipping) refer only to the shipping time once the item has been dispatched, and do not include production time.
Production times may vary depending on:
• the complexity of the item
• the number of orders currently in production
• material availability
• custom design requirements.
Where multiple orders are in the production queue, items will generally be produced in the order they were received, unless otherwise agreed.
